The much awaited day of Juller & Jem turned out to be a bleak and gloomy Monday afternoon. Dark clouds covered Marlboro Hills, Batanes, the couple's wedding ceremony location, with strong winds that were powerful enough to blow away a child. (Yes, that strong!) But our couple would not let the bad weather affect their mood. They just kept the faith and prayed for some sun & warmth.
Ceremony setup was already prepared amidst the rain. The team was ready to cover the event and get wet. We took the risk for our dear clients yet still secured our gears, of course. 😉 There was no turning back.
The couple finally decided to go on with the ceremony. They were determined to exchange vows even under the rain. The whole entourage, families of the couple and guests walked under the rain. But when it was the bride's turn to walk, a miracle happened. The rain stopped and a much brighter sky appeared! God heard and answered our prayers!
It was a surreal experience, witnessing a sudden change of weather in that very moment when we needed it most. But truly nothing is impossible with Him.
As if the heavens wanted to send their best wishes to the newlyweds, rain poured again after the ceremony. We did our postnup shoot under the rain.
We witnessed God’s goodness on Jem and Juller’s wedding and we are very grateful to be a part of it. May He continue to bless you and your marriage, Mr. & Mrs. Andres!
